Great place for good food, good cocktails and excellent service!

A place to discover, right next to the Ice Bank. Good atmosphere, excellent cocktails (with homemade aromas and juices) and superb beers brewed on site with love (well balanced, increasingly a rarity in microbreweries!The food is also delicious everything is made on site, even the bread. The gourmet fries are absolutely worth sharing.Weekend brunches are a nice surprise.

Projet Pilote on Rachel Street isn’t just good, it’s phenomenal. Their gin and tonic? It’s not just a cocktail; it’s a revelation – crisp, balanced, a true testament to mixology. And don’t get me started on the $30 table d’hôte. The coq au vin is a masterclass in flavor, rich and cooked to perfection. This isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience that sets the bar. Montréal, you’ve got a culinary treasure here. Special thanks to Fred Jacques and Hugo for their outstanding hospitality. Absolutely brilliant!

All the food was delicious but ranked. It would be in high to lowest recommended order:(I shared all this with 4 other people)1. The Gnocchi: melt in your mouth and would order 2 next time!2. Sausage not too heavy. Plate with mashed potatoes and salad, which helps it from not feeling too fatty.3. Mushrooms Tardiness very juicy muschrooms, nice palette cleansing.4. Garlic Break its cheese with bread and heavy on the garlic.5. Regular Fries could do without.

This restaurant is one people In Montréal should check out. The food is amazing the staff is lovely and attentive, as well as suggestions made for wine were satisfactory for the whole table. The atmosphere was alive throughout the whole night and felt like it could never end.Some of the appetizers didn't hit me with much creativity of flavors besides the many uses of cheese. I enjoyed my main which was Ricotta gnocchi with truffles and cream sauce. That was the chef's kiss of the night for me.I will be hitting up this place in the future. It's too good not to share many more moments with friends.
