They put the minimal ammount of veggie required to say they “put some on” and make you pay for double meat just to give you the normal ammount every other subway does. Also not to mention the service is the sloppiest I’ve EVER seen. I’ve always said that people who leave reviews have no lives. But this place is consistently so awful and I keep giving them another chance but its literally always just consistently terrible. DO NOT GO HERE THE ONE IN THE EATON CENTRE IS 10X BETTER.
This store would not fulfill my order made on the app. I had to pay for my order in store which meant I was charged twice. The same thing happened to a customer behind me in line as well. When I called and spoke with the manager today he said I would need to come back into the store and show him my bill. I offered to send the bill by email but he told me he does not have email. I have tried contacting Subway head office but have received no response.I noticed the wall hangings were crooked. I have attached a photo.
Old man with middle eastern accent told me you don 't say meatball in Q-back when I ordered a meatball sandwich. Bish you understood what I wanted. If you don 't want to deal with English speakers, don 't work at a train station lol. Also, he 's obviously an immigrant himself, way to go to be a xenophobic bish.
They give half the amount of meat and half the amount of veggies compared to other subway locations. They really cheap out on portions.
