I was initially hesitant about the concept since sushi and fish are so closely linked. However, after trying it multiple times, I can confidently say it's my favorite sushi spot in the city. The mushroom miso soup is especially fantastic!

Be sure to call ahead before picking up your order. It took us 20 minutes to receive our food. We tried four different types of vegan sushi.
