The food was this kind of cheap food, enormous plates, most of it frozen. Nothing was fresh. I did not like my meal but had no intention of making a scene. The ambiance is bad, classless, I just wanted to pay and leave at that point. My server observed kindly that I did not eat my plate further than a bite or two. She politely asked me if I liked my meal. I decided to be honest and say no. She said she'd talk to the manager about it. Well the manager came back, treated us like thieves, told us no items would be removed from our bill, and invited us to leave if we weren't happy. I explained that HIS SERVER initiated this, I didn't. Why act like she cared if I liked it or not only to unleash angry/unprofessional manager at me? This idiot should not be in charge of an HOSPITALITY establishment. Save your cash and go to Subway, it'll be a better customer experience than this s hole. Sorry to the server who was embarrassed by her immediate supervisor.
This place accommodated our large group. The service was relatively quick and food was good. The wine seemed a bit expensive but perhaps that is normal in these parts.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and all four of our meals were delicious. The decor was lovely and we will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommended.
We were there a few months back and my mind blocked off writing about this restaurant ... Big chain ... basic food .. nothing bad ...nothing great ... so far so good ..... Well hold on .... They had the all you can eat mussels for like $15 (or something like that .. My wife said let 's do this... it will be great ...... WRONG !!! We order the first plate and it gets served ... Nice plate .. Nothing to mention (for god sake it 's mussels... We re-order (it 's all you can eat ... the server comeback with a soup bowl with 6 mussels in the bowl for each of us .... I asked her why that we were getting such small portions ... She said... it is the practice here to serve smaller portions for the 2nd servings .... I was not impressed, I asked her to order the 3rd portion now (as we had to wait a good 15 minutes between service already .. to which she said .... NOPE ... She said ... You have to finish this plate before you can order another one .... So while she said all of that I finished the 6 mussels in my bowl .... She was insulted and slowed down her service from there onward .... Obviously we never returned to that restaurant (Nor anyone from that chain .... With the opening of Dallas BBQ and a few others in the same area (Madison, etc... there is no value to go to that restaurant ever again. PS sorry for the late post....I had forgotten about that lovely meal ......
