They didn’t get our orders right and we didn’t get part of them and we had nine orders.

Great service and food! I usually go to another location, but I'll be driving out of my way to visit this one! Super nice young lady that was very helpful!

I order takeout at least once a week from Qdoba. Their surf n turf bowl is my favorite. The last 2 times I’ve ordered I’ve gotten surf but no turf. They charge extra for two proteins but consistently only put one in the bowl. I’ve bragged on them for years that they are heads and shoulders above their competitor, and their quality of food, flavor, etc still is. Come on Qdoba, now I feel like you are just stealing my money. Once, I can forgive, but twice in a row? Questionable.

What's the point of curbside ordering in the app if the staff leaves the phone off the hook. There is also only one sign left reserving curb side parking spots. I also noticed staff members with long hair that should be in a hair net or at least kept tied back. They frequently get my to go orders wrong. The management at this location needs to be reprimanded by Qdoba corporate. I'll find other places to eat until this is addressed. Not eatting here again until I see more curbside signs put back up and staff that l follow better hygiene practices.

The food was amazing as always, however the lady who was in charge was so rude with the other employees, talking and giving them orders in a very inappropriate way. How you will offer a good service if the person in charge is yelling at you front of the customers? My first really bad experience in here
