Applebee's Grill - Mooresville

We ate at the mooresville nc location on June 23. Received our wine and appetizers right away, then proceeded to wait over an hour for our food to arrive which it never did. Very nice waitress, manager, clean facility, just no food and didn’t seem to be able to make it happen. Left hungry

I am a huge fan of Applebee's, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the staff at the Mooresville location. Personally, I have zero tolerance for such issues so I will not be returning.

The restaurant was not very crowded on a Friday evening, which was a bit concerning. I ordered the 2 for $25 special, but was surprised to see that I was charged an extra $4 due to a mistake made by the server.
