The Flats Eatery Drink - Moose Jaw

The burgers were good, the beer was cold, and the service was great. the buffalo sauce could be hotter, but that's what it is.

Our food was fantastic, absolutely zero complaints. The atmosphere is great. It's a nice modern place and done well, I even has a nice patio for the warm days.However the service was super slow from the word go. Our server was genuinely friendly and tried. She was just in super slow motion and seemed confused. I guess she could of been new or something. She spoke like a mouse and wasn't sure of anything. Secondly our food TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE. Like 40 mins (we had 3 different pastas) And wen it did arrive only two out of the three of us got served. It was another 10 mins before I got mine.Serving 2/3 of the table and leaving one an extra 10 mins us a huge no no. Now again this could of been a simple mistake, but they never said word about it. Not I'm sorry your food will be right here, we have an issue.. Nothing... What sucks more then sitting while the whole table eats without you and then you are eating alone at the end.If the bugs we experienced were worked out. I would go back and give it another go.

Looked like a nice place to have a couple beers and lunch on the patio, But we waited for about 30 minutes for our drinks to get to the table. We had to go to the bar to order our drinks, hardly saw our server.. food took an hour. Wasn’t very fun….

If I could give the food a zero I would. The pictures attached are the $46.00 12 Oz Ribeye Steak with Carmelized Mushrooms and Onions.Neither the mushrooms or onions were carmelized infact the mushrooms were barely arm with a couple that were raw.The steak was super thin and over cooked in the places I cut in to while trimming the fat and grizzle. The garlic mashed potatoes were super salty, the soup was super salty as well.This was a night I wanted to treat myself to a good steak. Boy did I go to the wrong place.This was less than a Bonanza restraunt quality meal.Save yourself time and sadness and avoid the steak or this place all together

My first visit to this establishment did not go very well. I got there around 7:30 and it was steady but not packed. I ordered a pasta dish, the blackened chicken with roasted red peppers. After 30 minutes I asked my server how much longer. To which she replied “ well all those people over there ordered before you.” Not what I asked! After another 10 minutes my pasta came out. The pasta was hot and tasted great. The time it took and the attitude was not! So I decided to give the flats another chance I went on Wednesday which was wing night. I get the same server I order the wings. They come out quick but are so over done that I can’t break them apart. She brings me another order that were cooked properly. I don’t know if I will try a third time!
