Vocelli Pizza - Morgantown

I called to order a pizza at 9:25 and they said they aren?t making anymore

I get their Stromboli regularly though uber eats and it is consistently quite good. Today however, my order today order never showed up, so naturally I called the store to see where the issue occured. The gentleman who took my call was spectacularly unhelpful. The guy refused to even confirm anything about my order let alone try make things right. As much as I like the food, I don't expect to be ordering from them again any time soon.

First time trying (ordered delivery online) and it was SO good! I get my pizza a bit weird (with no sauce), and they called to confirm I meant to select that, and were so friendly assuring me though they personally had never had someone order it there, they could do it and they did ???? can?t recommend them enough! cheese sticks were 10/10 as well, everything arrived hot!

The only reason I?m giving them a two is purely bc their pizza. Great pizza in my opinion; however, poor customer service and extremely long wait time. The person I talked to on the phone told me it would be an hour and it took 2. Also the person taking my order was talking low and when asked to repeat he became sassy.
