Tony Rigatoni's Pizza Pasta - Morrison

I am only rating this restaurant down because of the marginal cleanliness. Other than that, they have good, tasty food at good, low prices. They offer a variety of sauces, but only the pizza sauce and the pomidoro sauces are vegetarian. All the other sauces have meat or broth in them. They have many good lunch specials for $6.99 and $7.99 that include garlic toast and salad. The service is decent, but not outstanding and the general ambience of the restaurant is good. The cleanliness problems that noticed were counter next to the booths that had not been wiped in quite some time and there was a noticeable buildup of dirt and dust underneath. The floors had a number of pieces of paper and other debris that employees just walked by without ever picking up. Additionally, I observed on employee eating at a prep table, twice. On the very table used to pick up prepared dishes, put together salads, and top desserts, this person was eating from a bowl of pasta. That is a violation of Colorado regulations.
