16 Tons Club - Moscow

Was there for a concert of the band I like very much. Not the best experience, unfortunately. Sound is too weak upstairs, ventilation is not enough. Light is good though.

I heard it’s a legendary place and people like it but my experience was rather frustrating. Staff was rude and didn’t explain properly the dishes. I ordered Salad with Rucola and fried mushrooms (there were soaking in oil) and I didn’t enjoy it at all. Bread was also not really fresh. Place is super dark. Maybe if you come in the evening with a big company you will enjoy but I left rather unsatisfied.

Very good house with food. beer and very thick bark steak or lamb are recommended. the place wants to be back when I have a chance to visit in moscow. they can have their food while they enjoy delicious hosue beer, even they are not a beer person.

Good sound and visibility if you are not a gnome. I was here. I would recommend.

A place with history, a place with special atmosphere. I love it there
