I give this restaurant a perfect score for service and atmosphere.

Terrible experience, they are practicing discrimination at this restaurant! Today, they refused to bring a salad to guest Lily, which is unacceptable. Not to mention, one of the waiters even refused to serve her. Lily is a special person with a big heart, just like any other guest. Shame on their service. Dining in Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, me and my girlfriend had a very bad experience at this restaurant. We waited for the food for half an hour, and I got the Zagreb steak with baked potatoes instead of the veal steak stuffed with prosciutto and cheese with fries that I ordered. The girl was eating pasta that was very dry and rubbery. My Zagreb one was tough and dry, so the breaded part cracked when trying to cut it. The food was very tasteless and really spoiled our weekend. The waiters apologized, offered a drink with an apology and were very helpful. The prices are not bad and the restaurant is very clean. Unfortunately, I have to start with the fact that there were 13 people in the restaurant, 4 of whom had already received their food, and we were waiting for it from 1:10 p.m. to 1:50 p.m.?? The soup came in 5 minutes and then the main course never arrived. The next table ordered pizzas as well. When I got up to pay for the soup and left, the waiter, who was sincerely trying to take care of us all, begged us to be patient a little longer. Maybe they just had a bad day in the kitchen or one of the employees was missing, I don't know, but that afternoon the waiter (a younger person) saved the day on the terrace. After lunch, he offered us some dessert at his own expense, but we didn't have any more time. Kudos to the waiter, the food is great and maybe it was just a bad day. Parking: WE parked directly across the terrace, we didn't pay anything, and I don't know if we had to.
