California Tortilla - Mount Airy

This is the second time I’ve gotten my order of a classic bowl with caesar on it for some reason even though a classic bowl does not include caesar and the person who ordered my meal never said the word “caesar”. On the receipt it was rung as a caesar burrito in a bowl even though the person ordering said classic bowl. Before these two instances, I have never had an issue with my orders. Please train your employees to know the difference between “classic” and “caesar”.

Avoid if you can. Customer service is horrible. No quality check on to-go orders, no concern if they screw up your order. 0 effort to help their customers. I’m done with this place.

I went with my family and this place was simply amazing! The food was flavorful and warm. There were numerous sauces for me to try. The restrooms were very nice and clean and the place was very colorful and welcoming! Everything was extremely fresh and well cut! There are a lot of vegetarian options too, unlike other places.

New owners. Food was disappointing . Meat was not the same as before, low quality!
