Contribuisci feedbackWe just had a horrible experience with this Chick-fil-A. We had a six person to go order for a family breakfast. Despite the restaurant being ~10 miles round trip, it was a family favorite and worth the trip. Well after picking up the food and returning home, we discovered we were missing two sandwiches. While some of the family started eating, my MIL and I drove back but we were confronted with a store that refused to fill the order. Despite our best efforts, they (including one manager) said they put it in the bag and basically said we were lying. Driving a combined 20 miles and wasting 30 minutes to be called a liar is discerning. This is a major let down. You can do better.
My daughters and I were hungry so we decided to go to our favorite fast food restaurant Chick-fil-A. We placed our orders through the drive through. It was slow for some odd reason and the service was even slower. We had to wait on the side of the drive through so the few cars behind us get their food. Anyway, after few minutes, we got the food from a young man. I asked him, should I check the order before I leave, he assured me that everything is complete and in the bag. I trusted him and I drove away to find out at the house that they have missed my daughter’s chicken sandwich. I called back and I spoke to a manager which I was very disappointed at. He apologized but I can tell that it wasn’t sincere. He asked for my phone number so he can add a sandwich on it. I have been coming to this location for so many years and I know most of the staff and the owner Mr. Ray. I’m not looking for a free meal but I need the service to stay the same so my family and I continue to go their. Thanks
Food was soggy and cold. When I mentioned it to an employee she took the tray back to the kitchen. 5 minutes later manager comes back with the tray asked me what the problem was. When I explained chicken look boiled not fried and fries were wrong size that I paid for he gave me a card for a sandwich. I gave him that back as I felt embarrassed by the bringing of the tray back to me. When I told him this he told me if I wasn’t happy then I didn’t have to come back. I write to a of reviews. 95% are 5 star so believe me when I say this was a very poor experience and handled unprofessionally.
I’ve had other minor issues at this location at they fixed. Today I walked in to place an order at the counter and was looked at by 6 employees, not greeted, and none of them took my order. Someone did finally take my order it took longer than usual to get the food. I’m eating I noticed that my hashbrowns are stale and extremely greasy like they didn’t wait to let the grease drip out . I’m eating my chicken minis and notice 2 of them are NOT cooked all the way and are still pink on the inside. I ordered a 4 piece so I could only eat half of my order. Extremely upset
This location is a joke. Every. Single. Order. Here. *always* has something missing. And not something simple like a sauce packet. We’re talking an entire entree. This has happened at least 6 times in the past year. I usually check the bag before I leave but this time I just missed the carry out window by a few minutes and had to go through drive way and assumed it would be correct this time. I drove all the way home only to see they screwed up, again. So frustrating.
