Papa Johns Pizza - Mount Juliet

Celebrity...cold, no sauce or toppings and our half- and half-pizze were more 80% cheese and hardly a topping on 2 pieces. pizza is a tasty bite for us and we will never waste it on papa johns again.

Their food is definitely not like what is advertised on tv. The papadillas were almost inedible because they were so crunchy and the NY style pizza was far from NY style. It was just normal pizza, still ok but not what it looked like on the ads

I’ve ordered from this location a few times since they opened and EVERY SINGLE TIME they do amazing. Most recently they accidentally forgot one part of my delivery. I called just expecting a refund for it but the manager brought it to me. Accidents happen but the way they react to them speaks volumes. In addition to stellar customer service their food is always good. In this area a lot of people, shopping restaurants pop up. This seems to have caused customer service to drastically decline, I’ve stopped going to a lot of restaurants over it, but that’s the opposite for this Papa Johns. They are amazing and I’m very thankful for that and the manager who went out of his way today.

Called to order they said they woul appky coupons. But denied when i got there. Horrible didnt take coupons!

Didn't cut my pizza,A pizza in Mt.Washington Ky isn't 26.0 either.I guess inflation has doubled in Tennessee ?
