The Marina - Mount Vernon

The new owners have done an amazing job renovating the marina, improving everything from the cabins and terrace to the restaurant and the gas docking station. We celebrated Mother's Day at the cove, and the food was delicious!

The restaurant also features a bar, several TVs, indoor dining options, a gift shop, and an ice cream shop—make sure to stop by for a scoop! There’s marina access and gas pumps available too. The fantastic View Park is just a few minutes away. Overall, this is hands down the best place for a small weekend getaway or a fun day out in this beautiful forest area!

The coffee here is exceptional! The Sunday brunch menu is out of this world. I tried the Philly cheesesteak—absolutely divine! I can’t wait to come back and try their pizza. Until next time, aloha! They are for a wonderful tasty! I love to explore the back roads and unflapped paths on my motorcycle. I always seek food, restaurants and caffes. they find the true hidden gems on these wise; I found a jewel in the cove! the atmosphere is wonderful, beautiful landscape, eating is fantastic, and the personal is thoughtful, thorough and attentive. they have seats inside, on the outside deck or at the lake. tammy was my server, she made me feel like family, like the other staff and the chef. I had smiling on a bed of arugula, mixed with red carrots and picking red beetles in a mustard sauce...WOW! to dessert I had sprinkled the spring beer basket with vanilla bean ice cream on the top, with a dusting of powder sugar. - aazing! my compliments to tammy and the rest of the band, job well done! they have earned a lasting customer and friend

Delicious brunch, fantastic service and a beautiful lakeside atmosphere! Our entire family enjoyed the experience and the food at The Cove. Will definitely be back for the amazing potatoes on the brunch menu!
