We had smoothies here about a week ago… great customer appreciation. We’ll be back for sure!

So happy to be able to leave a positive review for this location. Today I was served by Tim (who has served me a few times before) and decided the experience warranted me leaving a review. He has been quite a breath of fresh air at this location, which I frequent. Tim is helpful and knowledgeable about the products and their ingredients, and some of their benefits. He provides just enough information to help you make a decision based on your preferences without being overbearing…and he does it with a smile! Professional, personable, and efficient! If you’re ever in the Mt. Pleasant area and want a smoothie AND a great customer service experience, go see Tim at Smoothie King!5 star service! Great start to my morning!

Management is so friendly, recommended a great vegan option for me. Loved it!

Wow the employees are literally so miserable at this location and the one in West Ashley. I was the only one in the store and the guy making my drink was so angry I was interrupting his free time.

Quality has fallen off a cliff over the past two months. Twice in a row i got the wrong size smoothie (ordered large, received medium), and it tasted terrible. Service was achingly slow, and I was the only person in there. Lastly the guy behind the counter always reeks of weed. Skip this place; it's very bad.
