HOCHREITER'S Steirer am Markt

We came across this restaurant by accident after a very disappointing start at the Schneider Bräuhaus round the corner where we barely got a seat, let alone service. This, however, was much better. Lovely staff, right opposite the market, quick service and great food. I had Wiener Schnitzel which was just perfect. The waitress was great, giving recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Price-wise on par with the other restaurants in Munich. Definitely recommend this.

Very unfriendly personnel. Decent food but completely overpriced! A pity because of Hochreiter is located on a very nice spot in central Munich.

Delicious lunch and service was really very friendly. There was not much going on inside and therefore free choice, so we had enough room for the stroller and a chair for the little one was also offered. The portions are absolutely fine and inexpensive despite the good location directly on the Viktualienmarkt. Go on! Good Food Child-Friendly Nette Operation
