Contribuisci feedbackAbout 3 years is a very special ice, which is true 12. the name derives from the mission/visit and the number of open places. the vision of the farmer is simple: they want to offer authentic, handmade ice from fresh biomilk and the best ingredients, but without powder mixtures or artificial additives. Therefore, there are only 12 sorts that I find completely sufficient, and the vision goes on for me at least. the ice is simply a dream! quality has its price this year they will be with 1.60 € for a ball. I think it's worth it. the ice is quite compact and they have much longer than many others, that is a sign for me that works with little air impact. the decision is never just yesterday I had a ball haidhausen (with nuts from the piemont) and a ball haidhausen (lavendel with brombeer squirl). as always very tasty haidhausen was the hammer! how nice that the summer started and I can still enjoy a lot of ice of true 12.
I can't believe there's such an ice. the ice is really finished, not with finished mixes. besides the well-known sorts that taste much better here than what they are usually, there are also very unusual sorts. pink pfeffer was unfortunately no longer enough for a whole ball, but a spoon full I could taste and was just thrilled. with several people we were there and so almost all others were taken and one could try almost all. very ingenious also the hugo -eis (zitrone mint and the other sorbets: passionsfruit, mango, black johannisbeere. everything perfectly fruity and not too sweet. Do not forget the creamy highlights: hazelnuts, chocolate bananas, vanilla uuuuuunnnddd pistazie! I have never eaten such a pistachio ice cream! the taste not only remembers pistachios, it tastes shortly afterwards (is the set sense? I am thrilled and also the goat cheese/Honey egg was a mega positive surprise. here the creameis deserves its name. temperature and saw are simple, no ice crystals, no unpleasant aftertaste. with the ball price of € 1.30 a reasonable price for such quality. by post: selected sortings were increased to 1,50€ after a short time.

5 stars without long superior! What makes a good ice cream? It should not melt so fast and not be too “cremy”. It should be almost like gum, so you should really be able to chew...! And that's so phenomenal at True
