Dunkin' - Mullica Hill

Normally not this type of person to post reviews like this however this is absolutely unacceptable. Went in to dunkin to grab a coffee and my toddler wanted to pick a donut. Upon looking at the selection, the donuts were covered in flies and bugs which led us to make the decision to not grab anything at all and head out to a different place of business entirely. Don't eat here if you don't wanna chance it. Yikes!

They take 1 order at a time in the drive through so i started going in but now they just expect you to use the touch screen or mobile pick up and because of it they ignore you. Im going to be late to work because they ignored me for 15-20mins along with others in line. Food is always cold or burnt there is no in between anymore. There is also only one person on the whole staff that can even bother to stir the drinks so I pay extra for cold foam and than can't enjoy it because i have to stir it in since i don't like black coffee. This store has been a mess since day 1!

The boy and girl who were working at 1:50 on Saturday, 7.8 are a disgrace to your brand. They were both messing with me in drive through so I couldn 't order. And when I said that I had an appt to get to the girl said, don 't give me attitude! Clearly I wasn 't nt going to order, and when I passed the window that was open I looked inside and asked the guy 's name and he looked at me and shut the window! Terrible work ethic.

Pretty good location as far as dunkins are concerned. Busy in the morning, but what coffee place isn't
