Insomnia Cookies - Muncie

These cookies are sooooo good. We got the 4+4 box. It was amazing.

Drivers are nice and the foods good, but dont expect anything but attitude and un- helpfulness from an in store employee if you have to call them.

This place may be called “Insomnia Cookies,” but good luck finding a cookie or decent service anytime in the evening. They will be out of nearly everything, slow, and make you feel like an inconvenience for needing something baked (despite them being open for several more hours? not sure why they don’t just pop a new sheet in? . The cookies, when available, are really tasty, (a little pricey but I’ve repeatedly been let down by this location. Don’t bother coming in store, just place an order online ahead of time.

A friend and I went two nights ago. I mentioned it was our first time. The lady seemed annoyed and impatient that we were there. She got the order wrong and I couldn't order what I wanted because they were out. Not the most pleasant first time experience. Doubt I'll be back anytime soon. Cookies were good but very pricey.

The blonde girl (sorryy idk her name) that was working early this morning was super nice and helpful and even separated our cookies and they were scrumptious yumyumyum
