Mcalister's Deli - Murfreesboro

Though I would advise not going between 5:00 and 7:00 because that is their busiest times the kitchen definitely needs renovating and they seem to be short-staffed

My main complaint is around curbside ordering through the app. There is no “I'm here” option to alert staff of your arrival, so I always end up going inside. Other than that, great alternative to panera for soups, salads and sandwiches.

I thought the people here were really friendly and the food was great. My friend and I were initially going to get food to go, but we ended up just eating in-house instead. it wasn't too busy and they were respectful. The woman working at the counter was really nice too. It felt like I was just hanging out and seeing a friend, but I had never met her. the other workers were kind too and said “hi”. it was a nice dining experience.

Don't offer curbside if you won't bring it out. Tipped for nothing. Did wasn't even close to ready on time. 15 minutes late at least.

Sandwiches are very small but taste good. Soups are not very good at all and also mine was barely warm. Always check the bag bc they are very unorganized on expo. I don't think I will be returning. Felt like a waste of money.
