Starbucks - Murfreesboro

We stopped in for a coffee on our way home after shopping. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes, we were never greeted nor was our order taken. Apparently the cashier was assisting another customer who had a large order. We understood that, but felt as if either she should have asked for help to take our order or she should have at least greeted us. We left and decided to go through the drive-thru. We were out of the drive-thru and on our way home in less than 10 minutes. Someone needs to be aware of what customer service should reflect for in-store clients. We also noticed that no one appeared to be happy or enjoying what they were doing. Doesn't appear to be a happy workplace.

I wanted to order a strawberry Frappuccino, and unfortunately they were out, but offered me a substitute that was similar to the strawberry Frappuccino. This is the second Starbucks I’ve went to this morning that was out of the drink I wanted. I appreciate Chelsie informing me of a good substitute. The last Starbucks I went to didn’t offer anything as a substitute. The wait for the drive thru wasn’t that bad either. Great service!

I enjoy coming into this starbucks and getting work done but the service is terrible. There was one person working here who was just rude and kept giving me attitude (all i ordered was a regular coffee, nothing too complicated)she gave me the coffee but theres no cream or sugar. You have to ask the barista for cream and sugar which is soo stupid. Well this barista was intentionally ignoring me when she knew i was waiting for cream and sugar. Im just annoyed because all i want is a coffee, cream and sugar. Theres nothing to be so annoyed about.

What's there to say about Starbucks? I do love their Egg and Cheese protein boxes especially when I'm on the go and haven't made time for breakfast. If I come by here I'm usually grabbing a protein box and either a latte or and iced Green tea
