Twice Daily - Murfreesboro

Nicest has station i have visited. Bathrooms are very clean. I could have gotten gas for less across the street, but that place looks sketch.

I frequent this stor often because I live 3 minutes away. I came to the store on June 28, 2021 5:18. There was NO CASHIER available. After about 10 minutes of standing, waiting for someone, I asked the person making coffee if she could get someone so that I could pay. After a few more minutes, the cashier named June, came from the back. He went to a DIFFERENT register and asked a family walking PAST the register if he could help them instead. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Very bad customer service today.

Jay is such a sweetheart and a badass. He has always severed me with a smile. He?s sweet and competent. His hair is as constant as the moon. Give him a raise please and thank you ????????

10/3/22 Theresa, the manager at Twice Daily, came through for me when I really needed her! While heading home from Franklin, TN to Atlanta, I stopped for gas at the Twice Daily. I realized immediately, however, that I had left my wallet at the hotel in Franklin. I went inside to the (very clean and organized) lobby of the Twice Daily, and asked the friendly clerk if I could write a check to get some gas. She told me no, I couldn't do that, and that I couldn't purchase gas without a physical credit card. I asked to speak to the manager, and the clerk immediately got Theresa, the on duty manager, over to the counter and explained my situation. Theresa confirmed that I couldn't write a check and had to have the physical credit card to buy gas; however, once she understood I had no way to buy gas, she got $10 out of her own pocket and bought me enough gas to get back to the hotel and pick up my wallet. I don't know what I could have done if Theresa hadn't come through for me I tried to write her a personal check to repay her, but she wouldn't accept it. She was a godsend when I really needed it, and I sure appreciate her willingness to help me by using her own money Theresa deserves a raise and a promotion she's just the kind of individual that I would want managing my business and looking out for my customers. Thank you, Theresa!

Extremely friendly and welcoming environment. I stop in for coffee a few times a week and the staff is always eager to help and very friendly! The store is always clean inside and out! Outstanding location for sure!
