Mama Roма - Murmansk

We went to Mama Roma on Tuesday night and want to complain about our experience. The food was awful, the two lasagnas we ordered were served cold and we asked the waitress to take them away. She came back with them a couple of minutes later after being put in microwave to reheat and they were like warm porridge, with horrible taste. When we asked to speak to the Manager he came and said that they make them in the morning and just reheat when people order them! The menu says that all food is freshly cooked with finest ingredients but that was definitely not the case that night. He said You can have a free cappucino coffee for the delay ! After a long working day we were too hungry (and perhaps too polite) to walk out, and ate them, but all night I had indigestion and still felt terrible with a bad stomach the next day and wasn 't been able to go to work. The young girls who work in this restaurant appear to have had no proper training by incompetent management and run around like headless chickens with no idea of what to do, and I have noticed that staff always change and don 't work there for a long time. The place was virtually empty at 7pm and I saw one man get up and angrily leave after being sat next to the street windows for over twenty minutes and no one coming to take his order. The quality of food and service was much better when the business first opened and we have noticed that standards have definitely deteriorated in recent months. I feel like I threw nearly 2500 roubles in the rubbish and won 't be eating there again unless there is a complete change of attitude to make the business more professional.

I feel like I threatened almost 2500 rubles in the müll and 't it again eat there, unless there is a complete change in the hire to make the business more professional.

I do not recommend at all! the waiter has forgotten the order. two identical steaks were brought, normally served on a table with salt and sauce, the other one on a plate without salt and sauce. I'm not coming here for the second time.

Tried just one dish, it was cooked perfectly! Great location, good view from the window.

This is my second visit to this place and I will be back! I fully agree that eating is not tasty today I have tried gamberetti, though not very tasty, even if a small part of the waitress victoria I come for the second time, and again serves me, warned that the dish is hot so that I do not burn; my favorite latte is quite delicious and at the right price: 145 rubel. victoria offered me additional focaccia with pesto even for those who do not like brot try it, they will 't regret it and the view from the window to the evening city and next to me blossom women luck!!! what else could be better than small joys I would like to add to my review is today Sunday, 9 December. never sit in a separate room, like V.I.P it is very difficult to wait for the waiters there, and order, and then wait for the bill that I want to refresh my review. today I am disappointed! we were served for an hour and a half!
