Every time I come here I say I am not coming back. This trip I order #6 with chicken. I want the taco crunchy. My ticket said beef crunchy. I ordered online, came to pick it up, waited in line for an hour and food was cold they didn't even remake it. The quality has gone dramatically. I go all the way to Florence normally for taco bell, I tried to give them another shot and they blew it. They also closed their doors at 5pm.
