Contribuisci feedbackSarah the supervisor needs customer service training. mobile ordered and i got 80% through my sub when i found a dark hair. accused of being a liar by the supervisor saying welll no one here has black hair? that alone is absurd, if a customer is complaining, an argument is never the way to go and that is common sense. then i 'm told she has to call and see if i can get a refund because i cant return the sub I ate. come to find out from a coworker who was also there today that there was an employee with a dark colored beard and no net making subs, and when she called back i told her that and again, she argued saying well he has red hair... and his beard is within standards. the fact that she continued to argue with me is absurd. policy is policy, but have a little bit more tact with your customers. same thing when i ordered catering from this location a few months ago and was missing 5 boxes and was told oh it was being covered by the clipboard like that was a simple mistake and not the dumbest thing i 've heard in a decade.
I like this store it's clean and friendly. However today I was disappointed to find out you can't see them putting the meat and cheese on (you could before) and you can still see them apply the vegetables of your choice. When I looked it was very light on the meat for my money. Probably won't be going back if you continue to hide contents.. Not impressed ?
So darn expensive these days. Without the app and discounts, I don 't think I 'd eat here at all. For years, actually decades I 'd get the subway club then they stopped offering roast beef so I stopped going. They brought back a half dozen new clubs, not going as much as I used to. So the price increase is to make up for the lost customers? Maybe subways bud light moment. Can just hear the idiots in the board room, Let 's get rid of the customers that got us where we are today, throw out the old, bring in new ones, even if there aren 't as many, customers . Geniuses! Hey subway, I suggest getting rid of the meat, veggies, and bread, start making pizza! Oh wait, already tried that.
Not too many fast food experiences stand out for me! This one did. Jen and Maria are amazing and friendly. Give these gals a raise!!
Good as usual. More expensive but everything is these days.
