Contribuisci feedbackPretty rough experience. Ordering through the app with a 10 min estimate for order completion and customers arriving to 1 hour and up waits. Staff stated a big order backed them up but they continued taking app orders with 10-15 min estimates compounding the issue. 30-40 drinks that hand long been abandoned kept getting called out over and over. Once I couldn’t wait anymore and had to leave for work, it took another 10 minutes to get someone to the register to cancel my order. Lack of manager presence and disorganization among the crew. A fortune 100 company should be able to adjust time expectations to adjust to them being “backed up” through their app. Just do the drive through, they are prioritized over everyone inside waiting.
I personally like this starbucks location and i hate starbucks, although they prioritize drive thru more that makes sense, i work at a fast food place and drive thru is prioritized 90% of the time so our store makes proper time and can continue running, any bad reviews from summer of 2022- now are most definitely just impatient little bugs who have never had to work a job similar to starbucks.
This is one of the biggest starbucks I've ever been too. The outside seating is a vibe I love coming here with my girls to talk and hangout. Always a fast drive thru and wonderful service!

My Carmel frappe was perfect, as always. A friend and I walked in to order, even though it wasn't busy, because we wanted to sit and visit. We were initially ignored by the 3 people behind the counter but one eventually told us someone would be with us in a minute. There were only 3 cars in line when we parked. Several parked and came in to grab pre- orders. After 3-4 minutes our orders were taken but the cashier was not what I would call welcoming, apologetic, or friendly. We felt so unwelcome we decided to leave.
