Contribuisci feedbackI experienced poor customer service during my drive-thru visit. I ordered a Cobb salad but received a house salad instead. The presentation was messy as well.
On Saturday afternoon, the line stretched around the building without a break. The staff did an impressive job of efficiently moving customers through the queue, and the food was fantastic! Great job, everyone!
Terrible experience. The drive-thru took far too long—with an estimated wait of 40 minutes. Just before we placed our order, we spotted a live mouse lurking right behind the drive-thru, which was extremely unsettling. My family, despite feeling sickened, decided to order something because we were starving after a long swim. However, we discovered that a separate order of fries was missing when we got to the hotel. We couldn’t even enter the building (the lobby was closed), so we had to wait again in the ridiculously long line. The fries were disappointing and soggy, the chicken was cold, and the sandwich portions were inconsistent—some were very small, while others were quite large. Overall, I recommend saving your time and money.
Service was very fast, which isn't good for Zaxby's. I go there expecting to wait because then my food is good, hot and fresh. The food was not edible. Waste of time and money.
According to my daughter the boneless wings were very flavorful and tasty. The fries were fresh and hot. Customer service was good.
