The pizza itself is not great, but out of the available options, I usually find at least one or two that are edible. The service can be a bit slow, especially for the pizza and garlic bread, so it is advisable to start by ordering those first before moving on to the salad bar. The ambiance is pleasant, with wallpaper depicting Italian towns and some American themes. Overall, I wouldn't necessarily go to this place just for the pizza, but I wouldn't mind going for their all-you-can-eat meal occasionally, especially when they have discounts. The food is filling (perfect for lunch, you won't need dinner before bed) and reasonably priced.
Yesterday, we visited Pizza Express on Petald Road in Nadiad and ordered an unlimited meal for the whole family. The service was terrible. After several reminders, we were served water. The food was also terrible; there was no consistency in quality between the two dishes. The pasta and noodles were made only in sauce, and aside from the sauce, there was no other taste. The tomato soup had no tomato flavor, just red water with no taste. The pizza was not baked properly. Two boys were serving all the customers, and the lady at the cash counter did not know how to talk to customers or provide proper training to the two boys on customer service. It was a waste of money and, more importantly, a valuable Sunday night. Rating: If there were words available below terrible, I would give this restaurant that rating.
It is possible that the pizza we were served was microwaved, as the corns and base were dry and chewy. The taste was okay. The pastas were similar to what you would find at any pizza chain, with a large salad buffet consisting mainly of pastas. The different shapes of pasta were served in either white or red sauce, with noodles in red sauce as well. Despite the lack of variety in the pasta dishes, the service was prompt.
Went here last week . Food is Good but Dining is very poor which needs to be improved a lot. While they do accept cards but when i handed over the Credit card i was been told to pay 2% extra charge which is completely aginst the law. If you can't bear 3 Rs then you should shut the place down.
