Tim Hortons - Nanaimo

Very very good tasting and very very yummy doughnuts and Tim Hortons peach juice is very good.

I was at this location in the mall the service was slow they hhad one cashier and a line of 20 people. It took 15 mins to get my order taken. They never have enough staff to handle this and it never looks there is management at this locationAnd i'd rather leave the review on the website but since they've changed it for their new program i can't find where i would be able to do this

Disappointed that they advertise food they dont serve at this location. Keep trying to get cream of broccoli soup and they never have it, why?

They made a mistake, they possessed him and made it right. great customer service!

I love the dark roast of tims very much and the staff of these wooden wooden wooden is nice ang friendly.
