Une boulangerie avec des sandwich et gâteaux vegan ! Ai-je besoin d 'aller plus loin ? Car on pourrait déjà s 'en satisfaire et pourtant, c 'est tellement plus ! Barnabé proposes de véritables créations originales de qualité. Récemment, le sandwich Poppy a fait son entrée aux côtés du Jojo Vegan, un genre de hot dog avec une carotte rotie : à tester absolument. Côté desserts, 3 différents moelleux sont désormais à l 'affiche : Chocolat, Pistache ou Praliné Noisette (mon préféré). Et pour terminer en beauté, Barnabé beats un gâteau dessert Vegan de toi super original (Biscuit croustillant chocolat Passion Banane . A bakery with some vegan sandwiches and cakes! There were numerous vegan choices available at this restaurant, such as vegan brioches and vegan cakes. The food was delicious and definitely worth a try. The menu also featured vegan sandwiches. Additionally, they offered sourdough bread. We went to their second location at 148 Boulevard de la Liberté, Nantes, France. Ordering online for pickup was easy through their website, but walk-ins were also welcome.

As for desserts, they now have three different sponge cakes on the menu: chocolate, pistachio, and hazelnut praline (my favorite). And to top it off, Barnab presents a unique vegan dessert cake called "Vegan de Toi" (a crunchy chocolate passion fruit banana biscuit). But that's not all - they also offer two vegan sandwiches, Jojo and the recently added Poppy: a hot dog with a roasted carrot! How amazing and delicious. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!
