Noël in france is a festive time! what is better than to categorize the meal. les hauts pavés traiteur is our way to place with many choices and excellent tariff. plus two charming owners! our meal included “Capés froid”, a selection of bit size sandwiches...with smoked salmon, foie grass, hard boiled quail eggs, etc. the normal French food. our “Galantine de biche myrtilles et foie gras” was a plentiful piece of venison with blueberries and foie gras filling. we chose two meat main dishes: truthahn filled with port wine infused kastanien (dôme de dinde aux marrons au porto) and roasted kapon with mushrooms (tranches de rôtis de chapon aux girolles). the terrace series delivered the bouche de noël, a wooden Christmas cake.

Christmas in france is a festive period! better than preparing the meal. The high catering pavers is our appointment with a lot of choice and excellent cuisine. plus two charming owners! Our meal included "cold sofas", a selection of small smoky salmon sandwiches, foie gras, hard caille eggs, etc... you know, all normal French cuisine. our birch and foie gras bee galantine was a large slice of bee deer forged with blueberries and foie gras. We have chosen two meat dishes: turkey stuffed with maroons infused to the porto (dino dinde to maroons at the porto) and roasted mushroom clumps (clumps of clums with girolles). the pastry shop provided the Christmas mouth, a Christmas cake in the form of a log.
