Little Caesars Pizza - Naples

Nothing hot or ready. These stores no longer abide by their own slogan and are slow to make your pizza.

Ordered an extra mostest pepperoni pizza .If this is their extra most pepperoni pizza, I would hate to see their regular Pepperoni pizza. I'm guessing you get about 3 pieces of pepperoni on it.Not enough sauce to taste.This is a limp, soggy, greasy pizza. They didn't even bother to cut it properly. I have to tear the slices off.Not even close to being worth the money that I paid for it.They obviously do not take pride in what they serve at this little caesars.

Their sign states that they close at 10PM. It was 8:15PM when I arrived. The woman behind the counter informed me that they did not have ANYTHING ready to go…Kind of crazy when your company’s slogan is “HOT N READY”!

My sister and I ordered lunch to be delivered at 12:56 as were both working and can't leave to pick it up. We kept checking on the tracker seeing it kept getting pushed back but we had no problem waiting, after an hour we checked again seeing our order was cancelled. My sister called the delivery support saying they could see where the store cancelled our order and they would issue a full refund (which apparently does not happen if you don't call). So my sister then called the store getting switched to a different person there at 1:36 and my sister said the app order number #519 for Stacy had been cancelled and the lady really aggressively said they didn't have an order for Daisy. So again my sister corrected her the name was Stacy not being hostile at all just trying to get this figured out then the lady told her we cancelled it and she didn't cancel anything. Which we had already been told it was cancelled from the store so if you didn't cancel it okay we just wanted to see what happened no need to be aggressive. After telling her the name was Stacy and not Daisy the lady said oh well I have that order right here if you want it you can come pick it up yourself and she hung up on us. Which we obviously can't do aka the reason we ordered delivery in the first place. I don't want to get anyone else in trouble but she didn't give us the time to even give her name. So needless to say we won't be ordering here unfortunately.
