Contribuisci feedbackI didn't want to say anything, but they took our order wrong and then corrected it immediately without asking them, but one of the two burgers they gave us still had the wrong order in the bag, so we have a double cheeseburger without regular rolls and no onions and there were only 2 patties that were glued by cheese without bread and I thought it was creepy. The rest of the car wasn't so amusing.
The employees literally ignored us while we were standing at the counter. I would say it's the worst service I've ever received, but I haven't received any service. Staff
Not sure why it was so hard to wear a mask, but no single employee wore one. Also waited 15 minutes in the car thru and my whole food was cold. Not like I could eat it anyway, because the employees don't wear masks here.
The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The drive thru line quickly moved the server didn't understand English, so while I always asked if the remaining room was open. I just gave up and left. Very disappointing!
I must love to torture myself.. the male Haitian worker said that he couldn't take our order. My husband asked why. He said the system was down. Then my husband offered cash. He then claimed he couldn't because he was all by himself and they wouldn't let him. My husband asked if he was the manager her said no and the manager was gone. So we never got anything and left and went to steak and shake. I swear I don't know why I keep going back. We should all boycott this place until they treat customers correctly.
