- I'm not there anymore. I ordered a cheese pizza for delivery to the carlton, and when it arrived, it had no sosty, raw partly boiled tomato and scattered mozzen, and burned at the edges. I called and they told me to return my delivery, but they didn't have a car, and they beat it. then they said that, as I tried a disc (shown I would give it a chance, but it was indecent), they said that I could not give it back at all. After I explained how unreasonable this was, they offered to pay back, but the return never came. when I appeared, they were very rude and now refuse a refund. service operator wetar and general manager isowany hernendez were very rude and argumentatiw all the time. there was a long time when I was arrested during all the interactions. I wish that this is not the case that any customs are not that, but that the institutional customs are abominable! after booking my review I saw the number for the owner, so I decided to call. he was not the owner, but a group leader who also told me that he could do that and the owner was in italy! So in the round simply post the review, whatever.

We loved the old Napoli downtown. Went there frequently and were excited they opened a North Naples location. Unfortunately, they are terrible. If I could leave negative stars, I would. We are now waiting over 2 hours for a pizza delivery that was originally represented as a delivery in under an hour. Although they supposedly deliver through DoorDash, the app doesn’t integrate and tells you the order is delivered when it is not. Management is incompetent, unhelpful, and doesn’t care about customers at all. It takes a great deal of work to get this many 1 star reviews, but they managed. Please do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else — anywhere else.

This is the third and final time I order pizza from here. I ordered extra sauce on the pizza and it was dry as a saltine cracker every time. Apparently they're afraid of putting any sauce on their pizza. I'm done.

I often order from Napoli Pizza of Naples. Today I ordered 2 large pizzaa. I called back an hour and 15 minutes. Still no delivery. When I spoke to the young lady she said hold on and I will check. She came back on the phone saying We are sending g him out now. Then laughed. . I would not be so mad had she not laugh
