Pizza Hut - Nappanee

They didn't have pan pizza. The restaurant was dark and dirty. I was told the stuffed crust was like a pan pizza. The POS wasn't working so I had to wait even longer after the online order. The app didn't work correctly causing even more issues. This is unfortunate as we used to enjoy pizza Hut.

Store is always nasty no one likes to worknigth shift stands around and talk no work done on nigth shift morning crew has to do everything for night shift. They can't even flip a table fold boxes. But they get paid for these things and nothings changing in this store I wouldn't eat there ?

I went to this Pizza Hut for a carryout order that I placed in store around 8:30 at night. There wasn't anyone else there, but the sign said open, so I went in. Angie helped me place my order and talked with me while we waited. The Pizza only took 8 mins to come out and was piping hot and exactly what I needed after a long day. Sounds like she's really doing everything she possibly can to get things back on par with the great service this location has provided in the past.

I was hesitant to try ordering for the first time in years from our local Nappanee Pizza Hut, but I was pleasantly surprised by the pleasant phone order-taker, the pleasant counter associate, the quick and accurate fulfillment of my order (15 minutes), and the yumminess of the New Yorker Pizza (my favorite) I ordered! While picking up the pizza, I learned that our Pizza Hut does offer dining-in, and offers a weekday lunchtime buffet, despite incorrect info on some sites.

The new crew maybe small but they are excellent. Recieved pizza fresh and on time tasted great and customer service was exceptional. Best deals, best pizza in town
