Cafe De Paris - Narva

This was the longest wait I have ever endured at a restaurant. There was no communication about when, or if, our food would be arriving.

The staff was accommodating enough to take our order past 11 o'clock. The food was delicious and one of the employees spoke Estonian fluently. I will definitely be returning soon.

Unfortunately, only the locals seemed to remember my friend's ice order. In the restaurant, there were many flies buzzing around, and the waiter was sitting behind the counter doing nothing. The table wasn't even cleared after we finished eating. The staff only spoke Russian or Estonian, making communication difficult. I doubt I will ever return to this place.

Russian only service, beautiful to see the inner, edgy on the outside.

Small, quiet place with excellent quality eating. no English spoken, but very friendly and helpful staff.
