Steak 'n Shake

There are some places I have been and decided never to go back again. Steak and Shake is one of them. I made the mistake of going back to give them one last chance and it was a mistake. Slow service, mediocre food, and an obvious disregard of their customer 's time dooms this place. This time, I will NEVER go back again.

Why in the hell do you need a QR code to use the fountain drink machine? NO REFILLS EITHER? Whoever implemented this should be fired immediately. This enshittification needs to stop!! We had an $82 order with 7 people. Of course the order came out wrong and when we told someone, they managed to get it wrong again!! I'm done with this place! Maybe a drive thru visit would be a different experience, highly doubtful. Don't bother dining in.
