Dunkin' - Nashua

I've been TRYING to get my ice coffee and food item in this location every week day at various times early morning between 4:45 am 6am and they only worry about the drive thru, like the lady that makes sandwiches ONLY eventually will scream that the front counter isn't open so you have to go down to the pick up counter to order... Wait to get said order ... Then wait to pay .... I'm pretty sure every once in a while the person in drive thru could be asked to wait a moment so that the 1 of 3 employees could take your order and money. Or maybe the other 2 employees could take an order... What infuriated me into doing a negative review is after I waited 10min being ignored is when the lazy sandwich maker didn't have any orders to cook she decided to make drinks while the other guy continued to take drive thru orders.... HOW ABOUT YOU TAKE MY ORDER, THE CUSTOMER THAT'S IN THE STORE... If I didn't need to buy my ice and snacks and gas, I would go thru the fast track... So now I gotta stop at two locations before my hour+ commute...Or they will go out on break TOGETHER while the lines building up...If this store didn't have my favorite candy and reasonable gas prices I'd just avoid the aggravation..And I'd give this Dunkin'a negative 5

Avoid this location! I ordered an iced chai tea latte with less ice, and they only filled it 3/4. When we complained they said it was because we ordered it with less ice!! These guys are cheapskates and know how to lose a customer. Plus I should mention the first time they made it they made it with coffee! The girl there had no idea how to make it and had to ask the second time after guessing the first time. There are better Dunks close by like the place almost across the street. Avoid this place and go there instead!

Coffee made terribly wrong I wasn't going to bother asking for a remake because the guy already had the attitude of The Grinch

I ordered online, 2 coffees and 3 hot choc. 25 min later I showed up. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes with no one coming to the counter, line forming behind me. They said they were out of coffee and hadn't made the hot chocolates. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me, but didn't give me what I originally paid, I asked why not and they did they forgot, and gave me the difference in coins. This place is ALWAYS a disaster, I need to stop trying. It is a shame as it used to be one of the best dunks around.

If I could give negative stars I would. This Dunks is the absolute WORST!!!! I walked in to get a coffee, waited for about 5-10 minutes asked three people if anyone could take my order and they said “someone will be with you in a minute”. Keep in mind I was the only one there and there were no word of a lie 6 people behind the counter just talking to each other. Do yourself a favor and drive the other .25 of a mile to the dunks at 38 Broad street their team is the best!!!!!
