Bojangles' Famous Chicken and Biscuits

Literally timed it at 8 min. Per car in drive thru with 6 cars in front of me and your trapped in lane. I ordered 2 soft taco supremes and a med Pepsi. Even at window took them 5 min to prepare. 3 cars in parking lot. Ridiculous

Uncooked food. Slow and horrible service. Homeless people everywhere because of the homeless encampment that is directly behind this location. I spoke to a manager about the food not being cooked all the way and all I got was we're doing our best if youdon't like it go somewhere else is what the manager said to me I will never ever be back to this location ever they should beshut down.

Staff wasn't very polite, he seemed inconvenienced by customers. They gave us the wrong sandwiches spicy hot). I suspect by their snarky giggle before handing them out the window that they did it intentionally. I wish I had checked before leaving. It's a shame that places like this can only hire low class people without any work ethic.

Worst Bojangles I?ve been to. Macaroni and cheese is cold and hot. Don?t give away single free sauce for a combo meal. Terrible attitude at the drive thru window.

Probably the worst fast food sandwich I've ever had! It was my first time ever eating at Bojangles. I heard there chicken sandwich was suppose to be good. The one I got was cold, bread was stale and hard, chicken was tough as if it was double fried.sandwiches from McDonald's are better than what I got here. Probably will never eat Bojangles again in the future.
