Placed a mobile order online last night. I was trying to reach them by calling, but no one answered. As soon as I get there, they tell me there's no more chicken. This specific KFC is garbage. Spent almost $30 and I had to reach out to KFC customer support to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.
Not only is this the worst KFC I’ve ever been to, it’s the worst Fast Food place I’ve experienced. My family loves KFC, and we don’t have one within MILES of another one. We repeatedly give these guys chances over and over, and they are THE WORST. They screw up our order every time, the customer service is horrid (my fiancé actually saw an altercation between two employees), and they just don’t care. Management should be ashamed. We have given this place ample opportunities monthly, and they ALWAYS disappoint. The newest one (today) “we won’t have any chicken ready for 30 minutes, are you willing to wait?” WHAT? Get it together
The location has gone completely down the drain.. The new staff is terrible.. they are always out of chicken.. and they gave me food that another client returned. I normally don’t leave reviews… but i want people to know. It also look like a bunch of high school kids are working there… they are rude and unprofessional.
Went on a Friday doors were locked no sign posted me several people arrived all same doors locked
