Neighbors Germantown - Nashville

I stumbled upon this unique restaurant by chance and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, although the portion of broccoli side dish was small. What was strange, however, was encountering a policy at the bar where the staff seemed annoyed when I tried to order a drink. It was not explained to me and the servers were seemingly upset about it. This policy didn't make sense to me. Despite this odd experience, the restaurant is still a cool spot with great food.

Now that football season is back, came here to watch some games and Berris was our server and she was AMAZING. During a hectic time with intense games going on, I was never left waiting for anything or waiting for place another order for a drink. She was so warm and really made me feel so comfortable as a female watching football in a male dominated demographic.

Bennet is an amazing waiter and would highly recommend. He is polite and checks up frequently on his tables.

Amazing service but I didn’t win at trivia so I’m sad. Kailey rocks my socks off!

The manager, Jackie, was terrible. I ordered all flats wings without knowing there would be an additional charge, as I was never informed. When I spoke to the manager, she refused to remove the charge. However, the server, Jackie, was wonderful. Unfortunately, her lack of customer service from the manager resulted in not leaving a tip. I believe if I were a different race, the outcome would have been different. Overall, I do not plan on returning even though we used to come here frequently.
