Okay, so we didn't get napkins, but they had Cajun rice! We keep napkins in the glove box like normal people anyway so it wasn't a big deal. We haven't been to a Popeyes in over 2 years because the last one we went to said they discontinued it. This place had one of the best average ratings in town so we decided we'd have lunch here on our way through to Jackson. Glad we stopped! We were thrilled to see Cajun rice back on the menu!
