Cafe La Maze - National City

Great staff, great food and a very pleasant atmosphere for dining, business meetings are just toasting with associates on a relaxed occasion. If living in California or just visiting this restaurant is a must see.

Had the prime rib it was awesome ? if you go order the prime rib the LA Maze cut.. great place for dinner!!!!

Dark....like going into the movie theater...a blast to the past. No Happy hour...Not cheap. Great live music!..Own Parking Lot. Home made soups and salad dressings daily. Vegetarian options: Fresh crisp salads, steamed vegetables...Willing to bend the menu for you...Surprisingly good! Parking: Quite a few Spaces all around building street parking. Kid-friendliness: Well, for lunch okay..dinner they work with you...but it's a nicer restaurant. If kids are 10 yrs. or older it's great. Younger....go some where else!

We had a ribeye dinner and a mushroom appetizer but was not as expected; It was mediocre, very low quality stakes, the potatoes and vegetables were not tasty, the salad was very basic, the mushroom appetizer was not fresh, it was steemed with very little flavor, and not as discribed in the menu. Do not recommend it. Service was ok.
