Worst experience.... No good ambience to have chocolate AC shall be put on when customers visits.... Mosqitoes welcome you at the place While giving order for chocolate item, to be careful as they serve some other thing..... Nobody listens to customers. ... Poor service standards

Worst behaviour of staff. We hv been to order birthday cake and the receiving was pathetic. The staff was uninterested and unprofessional in dealing with customers. It seems like they don’t want business just want to pass time. However the cake was good

The food is good, the offer of chocolates is really good. And you have to make some money to get quality. It's a MNC. It was ridiculous everyone called it pricy. Well spent money I feel.

There are about 10 variations of Hot Chocolate available here. I ordered Belgian CHILLI chocolate and it's good. Hot chocolate with marshmallows is also good. The prices are high.
