We are just there because another restaurant was closed and we were glad to find an Italian restaurant without pizza! There was a wide selection of Tagliatelle and I took Tagliatelle with mushrooms . They were excellent and transformed a simple business dinner into an unforgettable lunch. I will certainly come back.
We live in Italy part of the year have foreign 'Italian' restaurants usually use bad ingredients and have no chef with the right skills. So we had low expectations when we stumbled at the Emiliana in the center of Neuss. But it was great. The menu was limited and the whole food we had was fresh, not pulled out of a freezer. The bread was very tasty and the olive oil was a pale and real extra virgin. The Italian house wines were good. The pasta was high quality and perfectly cooked. The Fegato (pronounced calf livers) resembles what we had in Rome. The service was inconspicuous and attentive. Chairs and table were comfortable and the ambience was very quiet. It costs about 60 euros for two.
Small load, always good for solid lunch. friendly staff and alternating offer
Very friendly service, good food, yes, but somehow an Italian, who is still not right.
