Arby's - New Albany

It was very busy with cars wrapped around the building. Even with that much traffic and little help, the wait was not unbearable. What helped tremendously, were the employees being so kind. They apologized more than once about the wait, and did everything within their power to get my order out as quickly as possible.

This is one of the few fast food places I know that consistently gets orders right. The food is always on point. Great job!

I love my curly fries extra crispy, and they prepared them perfectly. The staff was also really friendly!

I always order the Roast Beef at Arby's, and it consistently meets my expectations in both flavor and portion size. I'm a big fan of the curly fries as well. In the summer, the Creamsicle Milkshake is a must-try!
