Contribuisci feedbackThe cashier or customer service girl seemed unenthusiastic and did not greet us with a smile. When I asked about using coupons, the manager came over even though we hadn't placed our order yet. We ordered water but were given soda water instead when I specifically asked for regular water. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. When our food was ready, the manager brought it over and I mentioned the cashier's bad attitude. Their response was that they were new and unaware of the water issue or the coupons. It would have been nice if they had at least smiled and seemed more cheerful.
The bathroom is clean and the service is good in the restaurant. However, my order is consistently incorrect whenever I visit. I have been here four times now, despite driving over 10 minutes across the city to get here. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5 stars.
I just wanted to say thanks to the manager tonight, I think his name was Juan. We waited for a long time for a mix, but he did it right! A bad experience was made a good one! Thank you.
I placed a mobile order 10 minutes before my arrival. I never got my order. I set it 10 minutes in advance and then waited for 40 minutes and never received my order. I left because I had to be somewhere. You still need a refund!!!
The employees were friendly and welcoming, providing fast and efficient service. This Taco Bell is one of my favorites in the area. I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
