Chipotle Mexican Grill - New Caney

Every time I visit this location, I have a HORRIBLE experience. I get food poisoning every time I eat at this location because the chicken is always served cold. Not to mention the terrible customer service provided by the staff. I was recently approached by a disgruntled employee. First and foremost, I, the customer, greeted her only to be ignored. The employee was shaking her head and mumbling something the entire time. This is almost always the case. I'm sure you're losing sales as a result of the poor customer service provided by your employees. Personally, I would rather drive to the humble or kingwood locations than the new Caney location, which is the closest to me. Again, it's extremely uncomfortable to visit this location, and the food and customer service could be much better.

First time visiting this location. Not enough help. I finally got to order. I was surprised about the portions. My order was completed and I expected to be checked out. I waited for a few minutes. I found the cashier in back, preparing the pick-up orders. I asked to checkout . I was told give me a few seconds . I had been waiting too long. I left without my order.

Every time I come to this location, I always enjoy the amazing food. Everything is always well cooked and is full of amazing flavors. The cleanliness is always perfect, the cook always has gloves on, the lines are always full of fresh cooked food. The food always tastes and looks so good that sometimes I don?t even know what to choose. I love to go from Am- to brunch time I always recommend this location to friends, family, and to the public.

Good most of the time. Don?t waste your money adding the side queso. Almost $2 and you get a splash of queso in the 4oz cup. When I asked why the container isn?t full like the pic on the app, I was told that?s how it is only 2oz. When I asked if it was false advertising, he just laughed and said I guess so. If the radius of the container is half the size at the bottom then the top you fill it only 1/3. That?s barely 1 Oz

This location has to be the worst 2nd visit will be my last. Staff looks upset Smile guy's it doesn't cost you anything but a better attitude and to pull through. Rushed threw the line, they do not understand you when you're asking questions about what you want and what to expect on your total cost. 11.80 for my bland steak Burrito you would think tortilla chips could come with it but no extra 2.00. Open space to sit and eat not bad on cleanliness that I notice. Super cold temps though I was super cold
