Applebee's Grill - New Castle

We have been going there for 5 years and have great service Jamie, Bridget, and the manager Brandon all have great attitudes and sure make sure the customers are happy ! Franki is one of the best waitresses!!! Arista is a great host always makes me feel welcomed :

We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an app with ranch for dipping, waitress brought them out with marinara and had to wait for the ranch even though she wrote it down. Other party order Chicken plank dinner with fries and green beans, order was nice and hot. Party said it was delicious like usual. I ordered the Pork Riblets with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Only thing close to being hot on my plate was the mashed potatoes. After trying to eat barely above room temperature food, the waitress finally came to ask how everything was and I asked her if she could please put my food in the microwave because I prefer to eat my food hot not almost room temperature. They kept my mashed potatoes and broccoli since I added butter to them and gave new riblets that were actually hot and they did heat up the food for me. The kitchen manager brought out the new plate and made sure I was happy. I was with nice hot food and the riblets had a better flavor being hot over cold. I'm glad she corrected my dinner. Applebee's usually is a 5 star rating for me, I eat here at least once a week and they hardly ever mess up but when they do, they are quick to fix the mistake to make sure you have a pleasant dining experience. I'll definitely be back within the week or so.

This is my favorite neighborhood spot. I usually get Franki; who is an awesome self starter, I know her on a first name basis now and she definitely makes coming in a casual and comforting experience for me. Staff is way chill, and they don’t really mess up any food, it’s always delicious. Shoutout to this Applebee’s; they rock

Food was delicious. Everyone was happy and finished their whole meals. Additionally, my children loved the milkshakes! Fountain drink was a No. Did not taste anything like Pepsi and left a horrible taste. It was thrown out. Service was good; they were nice and they offered to help carry out the food or hold the doors. Food was ready when promised.

Ordered the chicken salad, and looked like there was a sprinkle of cabbage and a handful of chicken on it. Asked waitress to remove it from bill. She even told the cook it was pitiful and was told to take it out anyway. Manager came and said it was a mix up and so on..new cook and blah blah. Did offer me a new one but I refused. Did remove husband's meal from Bill, which we stated that nothing was wrong with his meal. Felt bad for our waitress, as she tried. This is 2nd time this has happened at this place, so we will just not go back. Spe d our money elsewhere.
